Her wealth of experience includes programmes such as the Piccadilly Line Extension, Heathrow Terminal 5, HS2 and a Highways England Alliance among other programmes.

As a consultant, Anusuya worked across complex projects in multiple sectors and regulatory environments. With her own experiences of submitting procurement strategies and documents for assurance, Anusuya’s procurement assurance services are incisive, empathetic, and constructive, adding value and insight to the procurement/project teams she works with.

Leading client/consultant blended teams and contract working groups to develop contracts for major infrastructure programmes provides Anusuya with a deep understanding of approaches most likely to deliver planned procurement and contract outcomes for the public sector. Her complex contract management experience informs the development of sustainable and collaborative commercial principles.
