Andy Roach-Bowler is a chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in infrastructure procurement and delivery. Andy is Joint Author of “Infrastructure in the New Era” published by Constructing Excellence and Pinsent Masons LLP.

Anusuya Raghavan has over 25 years' experience advising clients on the procurement, commercial and contracting aspects of infrastructure project delivery. Her wealth of experience includes programmes such as the Piccadilly Line Extension, Heathrow Terminal 5, HS2 and a Highways England Alliance among other programmes.
